Theramex response to the appointment of Dame Lesley Regan as Women’s Health Ambassador

Theramex, as a company dedicated to supporting women throughout their whole life, are pleased to see the appointment of Dame Lesley Regan as Women’s Health Ambassador in the UK. We look forward to continuing our work with Government, the imminent publication of the Women’s Health Strategy and beginning work with Dame Lesley, to deliver on the ambitions of this Strategy.

We anticipate that the Strategy will address necessary improvements to menopause care across the UK, which we support. Theramex, alongside other manufacturers are already working with Government to ensure we are able to meet further potential increases in demand for HRT, post-publication.

We welcome continued Government liaison with industry ahead of the publication of the Strategy, so that any manufacturing changes required to meet its ambitions can be brought about in time so women do not face further delays to access to HRT.
