CEO Robert Stewart heads the team from our Central London HQ.
Robert has worked across various functions of the pharmaceutical industry, from supply chain to commercial, bringing a wealth of experience that helps position Theramex as a key player in Women’s Healthcare.
Robert was a former CEO of Amneal and, before that, Chief Operations Officer at Allergan. He has also held key leadership roles in organisations such as Abbott, Actavis, and Watson. Robert holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University, New Jersey.

Pierre has over 27 years of leadership, finance, and accounting experience. His work has spanned two continents and a range of industries including Auditing, Brewing, Logistics and Chemicals at major corporations including KPMG, ChemicaInvest, Bpost and Interbrew/InBev. Pierre has held positions as CEO, CFO and Vice President in businesses in the United States, the Netherlands and Belgium.
Dennis holds more than 20 years executive leadership experience from the pharmaceutical industry. He has managed businesses across the full value-chain and has led highly specialized & multi-cultural teams & commercial operations across several markets & cultures. Dennis has worked as CEO, Chief Commercial Officer, Senior Vice President and Managing Director in companies such as LEO Pharma, Aspen Pharmacare, GN Hearing and Orifarm before joining Theramex in July 2024.
He has obtained a broad experience within specialty pharma across all sales channels and therapy areas such as Women’s Health, Dermatology, Thrombosis and Anaesthetics, covering launch and commercialization of innovative treatments, well-established treatments, niche and mainstream generics, as well as OTC, Consumer Healthcare and a shorter period within Hearing Aids.
Dennis holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Commerce from Copenhagen Business School.

Barbara brings over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, where she has led manufacturing and supply chain operations in key executive roles. Her career includes positions such as Senior Director, Vice President, Senior Vice President, and Managing Director at globally recognized companies, including GSK Vaccines, Miltenyi Biotec, and CureVac.
Barbara holds a PhD in Biomedical Sciences from the Université Catholique de Louvain.
I am passionate about the field of health and proud, as a woman, to contribute to the development and expansion of women’s health and to help foster the growth of society.
Anjuna has over 20 years’ experience in pharmaceuticals ranging from generics to biotechnology in organisations such as Ranbaxy, Chiron/Novartis, Watson/Actavis, Forest, and Allergan, where she has had roles of increasing responsibility and leadership in HR and Integration.
After graduating in European Studies, Anjuna trained as a Management Accountant, obtaining an MBA, and then moving swiftly into Human Resources. Over the last eight years, Anjuna has partnered closely with the business to lead integration and transformational change projects. In her previous role at Allergan, Anjuna was the Executive Director for the International multi-functional site in Marlow and the business partner for Southern and Western Europe ($1.1b).
I am having the most fulfilling journey in building our global organisation and creating a unique culture through our people, who are our most precious asset.
Gavin has 25 years’ experience in the Pharma and Biotech industry in Commercial and Senior Management roles. For the past 18 years, he has specialised in building and leading fertility businesses.
As a graduate of Psychology and Health, he started his career in the Pharmaceutical industry with Serono (latterly Merck Serono) and then joined Ferring to lead their fertility business. He then joined Finox, a small start-up biotech, and managed the development, registration, and commercial launch of the first biosimilar rFSH to market worldwide. He built the company into a globally active commercial and manufacturing enterprise, and after three years led the sale of the company to Gedeon Richter for 190MCHF. Gavin joined Theramex in November 2018 to lead the Fertility Business for the company.
I believe passionately that everyone deserves access to fertility treatment if they have trouble with conceiving.
Matthew has over 20 years of legal pharmaceuticals experience in both private practice and in-house environments. He began his legal career as a patent litigator at Bristows, subsequently moving to the intellectual property team at Baker & McKenzie. Matthew then joined BTG as senior counsel before taking up a post at Sun (then Ranbaxy) as its European Legal Director.
Most recently, Matthew was General Counsel at Circassia where he led the legal and compliance functions and was responsible for the legal aspects of the acquisitions of Prosonix and Aerocrine, and the company’s strategic collaboration with AstraZeneca. He was appointed General Counsel of Theramex in June 2018.
It is exciting and rewarding to be able to help build a company which is engaged in supporting and promoting women’s health around the globe.
Ludmilla has over 20 years of experience in the Industry, with gained experience in multiple therapeutic areas, including women’s health, vaccines, neuroscience, transplantology and urology.
She has worked at local, regional and global levels of research and development and medical affairs.
Ludmila brings a wealth of experience in building successful medical teams, managing the life cycle of new and established products and being a valued industry medic among many key experts.
Ludmila graduated from the Medical University of Gdansk and holds a doctorate from the Polish Academy of science and is a consultant of pharmaceutical medicine in the UK.
My purpose is to care for others. I am confident this will help me build a very successful medical team in our fast-growing company to support women’s health across the globe.
Jake joined Theramex more than five years ago, and has fulfilled various roles as Chief of Staff, Head of Distributor Markets, General Manager of Australia and now Chief Transformation Officer. In his current role, Jake applies his cross-function experience to support delivery of Theramex’s ambitious growth agenda.
Prior to Theramex, Jake spent ~10 years in Strategy Consulting where he focused on post-acquisition value creation. As an experienced manager in consulting, he has delivered projects across a variety of industries and functional areas, including commercial transformation, supply chain and procurement.
Jake holds an MBA from INSEAD, and a Mechanical Engineering degree and a Law degree from the University of Melbourne.
The journey of establishing Theramex and improving access and options for women has been thrilling, and even more exciting is what we have ahead of us.
Prior to Theramex, Edward held increasing roles of responsibility in his 10+ years at pan-European specialty pharma player Norgine, SpePharm AG and Norgine Ventures. His experience across those businesses gave him great insights into building effective partnerships through licensing and M&A. He practised and trained as a Corporate Finance lawyer at SJ Berwin LLP (now KWM) for almost a decade with additional experience gained at Clifford Chance, Citigroup and OSN. Edward holds an MA in Modern History from Balliol College, Oxford and GDL and LPC from the College of Law, London.
For too long, Women’s Health has been regarded as of lesser importance than other areas of healthcare. It is vital that my team and I – along with everyone at Theramex – work collaboratively to help change that now. I am passionate about my role in helping us execute on deals that make a difference to patients here.
